StartUSA Inc. is part of the V&P Group and also owns Minnesota Agency, a Norwegian company that specializes in Corporate Identity, and Villard & Partners, which works with Investor Relations and operates as StratUSA's Norwegian division.
Eivind Heiberg has spent his entire professional career in the United States and has always been connected to Norwegian business through work and later with his Consul role. For a number of years, he has helped many companies with introductions to strategic contacts in the United States.
Jan Villard , one of the owners of V&P Group and has started and developed several companies in communications, technology and business development.
StartUSA is headquartered in Minneapolis, while Minnesota Agency operates as our Norwegian branch. In order to be available in customer processes in the Norwegian time zone , Karl Oscar Strøm heads the department in Oslo. With a long background in Corporate Finance, including from Pareto Securities, he contributes significant insight and network in capital processes.
